Describe the issue or problem
I use OJS 3.3.0-4, and I have this problem in
Text Editor Extras
Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned.
So could anyone help to fix it please?

Hi @KUMCL,

What version of the plugin are you using?

A couple of suggestions off the top of my head:

  1. Checking your PHP error log for messages
  2. Trying to upgrade the plugin from the Plugin directory.

And just a note that it may be worth upgrading your install to a more recent version of 3.3 - there have been a number of important upgrades (including security upgrades) and bug fixes since that version.
