The problem appeared after the update on 3.1.1.4. In the latest version of Chrome works. Other browsers do not. The admin has the same problem.

From what version of OJS did you update from? The newest version of OJS uses the vue.js framework and you might be getting cached templates or old pages in the browser. Try clearing all of your browser caches, and also the server side OJS template caches.
