The Table of Contents for the OJS manual doesn’t correspond exactly with menu options. I think this is the same as your other question. (If so, please don’t double-post – it clutters the forum.)

Hi @amishijani79,

It’s available at http://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/download/ojs-2.4.8-2.tar.gz – but if you’re looking to make a new installation, I’d suggest using the latest 2.4.x (currently 2.4.8-3) or, better yet, the latest 3.x (currently 3.1.0-1).
