Table of contents is not displayed in ojs-3.2.1-1

I am working with version ojs-3.2.1-1 on localhost and when publishing a new number the table of contents is not displayed.

I had previously made the query Problem ojs-3.2.1-1 and quickSubmit plugin Version: 1.0.5 - #2 by asmecher but I really don’t think both problems are related.

Please I would appreciate any help.
