Subscriptions report missing under Tools > Statistics

Hi there,

One of the journals we host would like to generate a subscriptions report. We are using OJS 3.1.1.4.

I believe this report used to be available in OJS 2. When we looked under Tools > Statistics, however, we found that it was missing. It looks like it should be a part of OJS 3 based on the screenshot I see from the PKP OJS 3.1 Learning Guide: Statistics.

What could the issue be? Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the subscriptions plugin when you visit Settings → Website → Plugins? Is it listed down in the Report section?

Thanks for your reply. The subscription plugin is not listed under the Report section. I tried searching for it and it does not appear in the search either.

How do we obtain the subscription plugin?

I’m also experiencing the same issue.
I don’t have the suscriptions plugin visible in my Plugins List. How can I install it or get it?
