I just move from fatcow to ipage . i copied all my files and DB. Everything was going smoothly. However, one author just submitted his paper with us and when the editor tries to assign it the page comes blank (empty) !!!.

You’ll need to find your server’s error log. On some systems it’s /var/log/apache/error.log. Your server administrator (or hosting service provider) will know the details.
