I have OJS 3.2.1.1, upgrade from 2.4.8.2. I can’t see “Metadata” tab for keyword editing. Keywords are presented.

Perhaps try unpublishing the article and seeing if that allows you to edit the metadata?

Solved, I have enabled Keywords and References in Workflow Settings. The keywords and references were in OJS( upgrading from version 2.4)
