Submission wizard not appear after upgrade from ojs 2.4.8-5 to ojs 3.0.2

I upgrade ojs 2.4.8-5 to ojs 3.0.2. when i click new submission, submission wizard not appear. image like below:

The log error for this issue is:

Hi @khpahmil,

Are you trying to upgrade to a later version of OJS as well? Like 3.2 or 3.3? I’d recommend that you do, as 3.0 is no longer supported and it is possible that your issue will be resolved by upgrading. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance.
