It can happen that an author makes a submission but forgets to upload the files, sending only the metadata.
How can they add a file after submitting?
When logged in as an author, there seems to be no button for adding a submission file in OJS 3.3.0.10.
The journal manager, however, has the option to add a submission file. Is there a way for the authors themselves to add the files?
