##submission.query.participantTitle## not loading and other missing translations

Hi

We’ve recently upgraded to 3.1.1.2 and are finding a lot of translation keys that have not been parsed. In particular, the “Add discussion” screen which has a list of participants. When it loads, we simply get:

##submission.query.participantTitle##

Cache has been cleared, so wondering what other steps can be taken to rectify the problem.

Also noticed some other strings untranslated such as submissions workflow which is missing:

##submission.list.reviewComplete##

and

##submission.list.reviewerWorkflowLink##

So I’m wondering if something might not be loading correctly?
