Submission preparation checklist can not be saved

Hello,
I am just starting to create our own journal; In the “submission preparation checklist”, I removed the pre-loaded items and now when I want to add new items, they don’t get saved. I don’t know what is the problem.
In the checklist, I click on the Add Item, I type the Item in the Opened Box in both and Deutsch and the I press the Save button; But it doesn’t save .

I am currently using OJS 3.3.0.13.
I have enabled bilingualism. the primary Locale is english . but the Forms +UI are in both English and Deutsch.
Would you please give me a guide?

  2. Click on ‘…’
  3. Scroll down to ‘…’
  4. See error

When you say it doesn’t save what happens do you get a spinning wheel? Does it allow you to proceed with other functions in OJS?

Yeah, exactly I get a spinnig wheel that continues as long as I close the box. Other functions are intact and I can proceed them.
The only problem is with checklist.

Ok, that indicates you should check your PHP error log - can you do that and report back on any errors you see in the log?

Honestly I don’t know where the PHP error log is?
I checked the Administration section, but I didn’t find. could you please tell me where to find it?

It’s not found within OJS, but rather on your server - depending on your setup you may need to check with your systems administrator.

I asked the system administrator for the error log and He gave me the file. I send it here and hope you can help me to fix the problem. I know it is a big and long file, I send it in two parts.

Fortunately, our system admin fixed the problem and I am the happiest!
