Submission file doesn't appear in preview ojs

I add article and add submission file to it but when I preview in the front end I can not find It to be downloaded , i want it to appear as a downloadable pdf

Hi @Nourhan_Khaled

Is your article published and attached to some published issue? Have you enabled PDF viewer plugin on admin panel?
What is your OJS version?

I use ojs 3 and the articles are published and I can see it in my front end website .
about the the pdf plugin is activated and I can upload a pdf in every articles my problem is to see it in the front end website not in the dashboard .
I hope you can help me ?
