Can you try verifying your settigns:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Website → Languages.
- Make sure the relevent languages you want to support are installed/enabled
- Make sure the language you want to allow for submissions has the Submissions, UI, and Form boxes checked for the relevant languages?

Hi @Ming_Ming, thanks for reporting this - I’ve filed an issue in our GitHub repository, and will also share the fix with you here once it is available. It looks like this is specific for a few languages, but does not impact all languages.
Hi @Ming_Ming, the fix for this issue will be out in our next release of 3.4 (and is fixed in 3.5 already). If you would like to apply the fix to your OJS installation before upgrading, you (or the systems administrator for your OJS) can apply this git patch or make the changes directly in the files on your server from the pull request.
