"Submission confirmation" email not sent to the author after making submission - OJS 3.4.0-4

When author makes a submission the “Submission confirmation” email is not sent to him.
Other emails are regularly sent by OJS to author and other users with different rules.
I can’t find any error in log files.

I’m using OJS 3.3.0-4 on PHP 8.1

Any idea?

I was able to find the cause of the problem and it was not in OJS but rather with the mailsever which only blocks some emails.
Sorry for the false alarm.
