Submission Acknowledgement not deliverying to authors

Dear Sir,
I have configured SMTP details in the config.inc.php file.

But, the system not sending an acknowledgment to the authors.

Submission Acknowledgement
SUBMISSION_ACK

  • Application Version - OJS 3.2.1.1.

I have read previous posts but there is no proper explanation. Can you please help me in this regard?

Please note: There is no error notification during submission.

Just to confirm, are other types of emails being sent correctly? Additionally, were you or your host able to check the mail server’s error log?

Yes, Sir. Example- reviewer assignment. Notification of new reviewer inclusion. Changing role of the users.
