How would one go about implementing Stripe (stripe.com) in OJS 3 to achieve the same level of integration as with PayPal (automated purchases of articles/issues/ subscriptions)?
With 100s of payment processors nowadays, relying on only one payment service is a weak point. Especially when you run into problems preventing you from using PayPal but there’s no alternative.

No, I’m not aware of any existing alternative payment plugins for OJS. Users often express interest in developing an alternative plugin but I don’t know of anyone who has done it yet.
