Statistics problem in some magazines

Hello community! I’m a new user of OJS. I’ve given a list in the articles that talk about my problem, but I haven’t come up with a solution yet.
I identified that some magazines are not returning statistics, but others are returning normally. The Acron plugin is installed and is writing to the log. Magazines are writing in the log. However, I can’t explain why some are, and others are not. Someone could solve me.

Can you please indicate which OJS version you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-13)?
