Statistics not working

I’m using OJS 3.5.0.3 and after changing the default theme to the manuscript theme, the statistics plugin is not working

Can you provide additional information? For example, checking to see if the usage stats log file are created:

Ojs 3.5.0.1 statistics doesnt show my stats

Hi @theapeiron Lets try to figure out why is this happening: Can you see if the usage stats log files are created. You can find them under /usageStats/ in the subfolder usageEventsLogs/. Maybe to also see if there is anything in the subfolders stage/, processing/ and reject/. See maybe also what is in your config.inc.php for job_runner and task_runner. Best, Bozana

The /usageStats/ directories contain files; the “rejects” and “processing” directories are empty
