Statistics: Article, Issues and Journal NOT Displaying

Describe the issue or problem
Clicking on Articles, Issues or Journal links under statistics does not display a graph

Steps I took leading up to the issue
Logged in as a Journal Manager
On the Admin side panel, Statistice section The Articles, Issues of Journal link do not display the graph.

What application are you using?
OJS 3.4.0.5

Clicking of Journals, Articles and Issue does not load a graph as expected/

Additional information
Clicking the Editoral Activity links load record

What theme are you using? Some users have reported the particular theme that they are using as having created issues in the display of stats for them: Issue with article statistics ( OJS 3.4) - #2 by kikeconk

Hi @TSoretire,

Thanks for the additional info. I would suspect that the default theme would be okay, so I’m not sure what could be causing this. @bozana - would you have some ideas for things to check?

While trying to resolve the issue, how can I fetch the record from the database. The information is needed urgently for an assessment.
