So basically I changed my domain to a new one, used a different database (copied pasted the previous database in a new file and now use that). Everything was working fine, untill upgarded to OJS 3.1.1.4.
Only Static pages (Tab) show access denied now.
Rest all is working fine.
I tried switching off session ip check (session_check_ip = Off) in config, but still didn’t help.
