I have very strange situation. the users submitted two submissions in the same section.
In one submission the list of participants is visible , but in other submission the list of participants is not visible and spinner is spinning forever.
I see that status is waiting for reviewers to be assigned but, one reviewer is assigned and accepted request.
Please advise.
