Hello, I have been receiving many spam emails of this style, to the email account that is configured as a support for a magazine of my OJS.
I do not finish identifying at what point in the flow the reader can send emails, or if he tries to send an article and when it is rejected, is it precisely that email with no valid recipient that returns me?

It’s best to just post your question in one place – you can post it in two languages if you like, but use the same topic. That way there’s less repeat conversations and effort in debugging something.
What version of OJS are you using? (Please include this in your posts.)

Hello, I have looked through the forum for topics related to email and spams. I found this one and it does nor show it is closed although it is quite dated, so I’ll try my luck here first. Some OJS -generated emails were rejected with the following message:
“TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:256 CV=yes : SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 550 A URL in this email (openjournals . utoledo . edu) is listed on https://spamrl.com/. Please resolve and retry.”
I contacted our hosts that managed the email server that is associated with the OJS, and they believe that it may be caused by emails that have the journal’s URL is the signature in the email body. I am thinking also about the fielded codes in the termplates. Does the PKP community have any experience with this issue? Although I have delisted our domain on SpamRL, it may be flagged again. I welcome your thoughts and any remedies you may offer in advance. Best!
