Sorting issues by year OJS 3.0.2.0

I’d support @vvucic. That is what I’ve proposed recently in ‘Feature Requests’:

[OJS 3] Archives -- Group by Year

Hi! Large archives with hundreds of issues look a bit ‘crowded’. It’s hard to navigate and hard to find certain issues in such long lists. We would suggest an (optional) feature to group issues by year on the ‘Archives’ page. Example: [image]

Some of our journal editors even refuse to give us their archives to move them to OJS because those would not be grouped by year. They say ‘that would be a disaster’
