One of our section editors was able to upload but unable to send the reviewed files. The four reviewed files are visibly uploaded in the “Review files block” of the " Review" tab (round 1), but when clicking “Request revision” only two files show up in the “Select review files to share with the author(s)” of the " Request revision" pop-up window. One of two those files is listed with a different file name (but is apparently the same file the editor uploaded). The reviewer is thus unable to send the reviewed files to the author. We have been trying to figure this out but have been unsuccessful. Would be glad to get any help/advice.
Problem was solved. The reviewed files should have been uploaded in the “Revision” box.
