[SOLVED] Problem to send Request Revisions OJS 3.1.1-4

After update to OJS 3.1.1-4 we can’t send the email Request Revisions, the system appears like loading forever.

I was trying a lot of ways, and the problem I found was in the bold characters. When I removed the bold characters, the problem disappears, but this not was happening after update to OJS 3.1.1-4

211310: COMODO WAF: XSS vulnerability||ojs.mydomain.com|F|2

Is this related to the vulnerabilities OJS and OMP 3.1.1-4 Released?

I think my problem is again COMODO WAF… maybe an update on the rules was the problem, not the OJS update.
