[SOLVED] - Problem sidebar managment [OJS3.1.1.4]

In a journal I have activated the plugin Custom Block Manager, I can create the custom blocks (I have 4 custom) and also show on the home page of the site in the sidebar without problem. But those created are not listed in the sidebar managment in the administration panel and therefore I can’t organize them.

The above only happens with a single journal, the others list them without problem.

This is also reported as a github issue – I’d suggest joining the conversation over there to see if you can help determine the conditions that are causing this.
