[SOLVED] Custom sidebar - add item not showed although already activated

i already activate plugin custom sidebar on the plugin tab.

i believe that it should be showed on Apperance tab, but i cannot see any button or link to add custom sidebar.

my ojs version is : 3.1.1.4

never mind, i can find it on arrow below plugin Custom Block Manager

Hope it would help others too
