SOLVED Custom review form not working (3.1.2)

Hi all

I uploaded from ojs 3.1.1.4 to ojs 3.1.2 and my custom reviewer form now doesn’t apear in ‘step 3’ of the reviewer. I tried to create a new form and it is neither shown. The reviewer can not complete any form! Help!

I compared the ojs downloaded from https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/ojs_download/ and ojs in GitHub and step3.tpl has changed,
