So I've installed it -- Now I cannot find Journals

Hello again, I need to submit a paper to a journal which only allows applications through Open Journal System which, for an independent researcher with little knowledge about open source software, can represent quite a journey to navigate.

So after much struggle, I managed to install OJS 3.1.0-1. The thing is that I find no way of accessing journals, especifically the one I’m looking for. The only options available in sight are Administration and Create Journal. I registered my username as ‘admin’, I don’t know if that limits other functions, such as being able to register as an Author or finding journals.

I don’t know if I’m completely off course and I’ve spent my time setting it up the wrong way (as an editor rather than an author) or if the answer is just around the corner.

To submit your article to a Journal in OJS you don´t need install it to do so. What you have to do is register in Journal you want submit then log in and initiate a new submission.
Only software you need is a web browser.
