Smarty template error as result of upgrade OJS from 3.1.2.0 to 3.3.0.10

I am facing similar issue with some journals.
This works for me:

Tasks not loading for certain users

No results MySQL returned an empty result set (i.e. zero rows). I tried to add one new paper (new submission). It works, I see 1 new task label, but list of tasks is not loading: [image] Requering SQL returned zero rows as well…
