Slim Application Error: Type: Error - OJS 3.3.14

Describe the issue or problem
I upgraded our OJS from 3.3.0.13 to 3.3.0.14 and When pressing Submissions Tab I get Unexpected Error and No active archive is showing. This is just happened with only one journal. Other journals are working perfectly. I went through the error log file and I saw the following:

Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

Go to ’ journal ’ other journals are working fine!
Click on ‘submission tab’
See error below

What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.3.0-14

I went through the form to see if someone have the same problem and I saw that @asmecher suggested this query. The count I got is 4. Is that helpful to solve the problem or not? if so how can I do that?

Problem Solved after I used this query from @asmecher and deleted related rows. The system worked perfectly.
