Slim application error in submission area while submitting articles

after upgrading OJS from 3.3.0.6 to 3.3.0.7 i am facing few issues which were also present in 3.3.0.6

1. both versions can not upload article file
2. while submitting articles in submission it shows “Slim Applicaion Error”

Slim Application Error when uploading article - #5 by jnugent - although, it’s not clear from either of them whether or not there has been a resolution. If you could post any relevant output from your PHP error logs, that might help to identify the issue.
