Site not loading

My site (https://igbr.org/ojs/index.php/) was just installed a couple of months ago and I have been getting users signed up and adding journals. It went down the other day and now the pages are only partially loading. I need some help to see what’s happening.

When I look at the Word Press error logs there are no recent entries. Is there a place to find PKP specific error logs? Thanks.

It doesn’t appear to be creating any errors. The back end of the application is working fine, but the front end is not fully loading - https://igbr.org/ojs/index.php/GJE/index. I downloaded the new version and it says there are instructions on upgrading (vs. installing from scratch), but those instructions are not to be found in the documentation included. Maybe you can point me to those upgrading instructions.

I have 5 journals and this issue of partially loading pages only affects two of them, plus the main page. Here is one that works - https://igbr.org/ojs/index.php/GJMM. Here is one that doesn’t - https://igbr.org/ojs/index.php/GJE. just so you can see what I’m referring to. The main page (https://igbr.org/ojs/index.php/) is also affected, but all of them were working fine until about a week ago.

Apparently they look fine in Explorer, but not Chrome. I’m trying to free up some disk space because I don’t have room to make the upgrade. I’m hoping that will fix it. Thanks

Hi @trey1111,

I wonder whether you have an adblocker or something similar on your browser that’s preventing the stylesheet from being displayed. I’m using Chrome and Firefox and both seem to render everything fine.

All of the pages used to work but started glitching last week. The site went down completely for a few days. It came back online without me doing anything, but none of them were loading properly. Currently some load fine and some not in the same browser. Very odd.
