Site doesn't load after upgrading to 3.4

I have upgraded my pkp ojs 3.3.0.19 to 3.4.0.5 using following instructions

But after successful ugrade my website doesn’t work.

I am using namecheap shared hosting. plan Stellar

Hi,
Try clear all cache files.
Maybe this can be what log messages indicates.
