Site admin account missing since upgrade

We upgraded to 3.2.0.0 and also migrated from hosting to a new server at the same time. Since then the site admin accounts have disappeared. The Journal page still shows the email of a site admin but we are not able to log in using these credentials.

Hi @kulren,

That information is taken from the “site contact” setting, not the administrator’s user account. If you’d like to promote an account (e.g. your own) to Site Administrator, you’ll need to do that through the database. Have a look at this post: Changing a site administrator - #6 by asmecher
