Hello. We are using OJS 3, and I would like to have a button or hyperlink in the sidebar that takes the user directly to the last published issue.
I have already installed the module that allows me to have a sidebar, but I do not know how to proceed from there, as I see options for subscription information, language, etc., but no pre-installed module for “link to last issue”.

You can do it with the Custom Block Manager plugin.
