Side bar "journal help" lost in OJS3?

Dear all,

in ojs version 2.4 we used the “jounal help” in our side bar and actually linked to it on some pages. Is it not available anymore in OJS 3.1?

No that is not available anymore. You now have context help links when you go to the dashboard.
