Showing the Plugin Gallery

Hello,

We recently installed the OJS v. 3.1.1.4 and are migrating our contents from 2.4.8.1. So, only one question: the Plugin Gallery doesn’ show in our instalation (it’s empty), but we aren’t sure if it’s due to something we need to enable on the admin or journal manager page, or it has to do with the instalation. It shows like this:

And we want to get it like this:

plugin_gallery

Does anyone could help us?
