Should we go for the OJS-3.3.0-13?

I am using OJS-3.3.0-12 and it was available few days before, but now again showing new upgrade is available.
For the new release no announcement was made (OJS-3.3.0-13) on the PKP site whereas software is available for upgrade and download now.
Should we go for the current version (OJS-3.3.0-13) ?

Yes, I do recommend upgrading to 3.3.0-13.
