Set up fast-track in OJS3.1

Hi folks,
I have upgraded our site from OJS2 to OJS3 and found that fast_track variable is removed from articles table.
Does this mean that I have lost this data in migration?
I enabled manual payment method but could not figure out how to set up different payment values for Review and copyedit stages and especially fast-track option.

Any help is really really appreciated.

I believe some journals have fast-track option in OJS3.
Could you help me set it up?

The fast track fee option is not currently available in OJS 3.x.

I know this is a six year old post, but I also need to set up fast track and submission fees in OJS 3. It seems to only support a single article processing fee.
How can I set up separate submission and fast-track fees?
I am on 3.4.0.4
