Hi the options send to review, accept and skip review, decline submission are disappeared
what only appears: assign an editor to enable the editorial decisions for this stage

I tried to assign myself, as suggested as solution for a similar post here, and as I am the editor doing all editorial roles but I received this message when reaching publishing stage: “You don’t currently have access to that stage of the workflow”
There is no identified step that may have lead to this. as this occurred once then resolved at its own then re-appeared.
We are using OJS 3.2
Besides, the submitted article doesn’t appear in the queue list.
