Send the user a welcome email with their username and password. turn it off

Hello everyone

I am creating new users but by default it has activated the option of Send the user to welcome email with their username and password (image 001), how can I deactivate it.

OJS version (2.4.8.2)

Hi @jbahenatyca,

Turn off the “generate random password” checkbox. There’s no point in generating a random password if you don’t send it to the user, so the “generate random” option forces the notification option.
