Submission acknowledgment email template currently has

I want it to have something like this:
Thank you for submitting the manuscript, “{$submissionTitle}” to {$sectionName} of {$contextName}.
What code would give me the section name?

Can you please indicate which version of OJS you’re using (e.g. 3.4.0-5)? Please indicate this in your posts as it helps others when offering advice, and the answer to your question may vary depending on what version is being used.
