Section Editor gets email with wrong template notification

Hello!
OJS 3.1.1.0
After new submission - sending a notification email to section editor with wrong template “Submission Ack” (email key SUBMISSION_ACK)
How to fix ? need change template to “Editorial Assignment” template

Hello @E-GOR,

I’m afraid I don’t understand exactly what is happening here and at what stage of the editorial process it is occurring, can you clarify, please? I see that you wish for that template to be used, but can you share a screenshot of the template that is being used, and elaborate at which point it is being used?

Hello, this is automatic message (Recipient Subscription Manager) for the assigned section editor. I thing this event is a 4th stage submission sending material from the author.

Looks like this was identified here: Section Editor gets email with wrong template notification · Issue #6846 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub and our staff has identified that there will not be a bug fixes for 3.1 and encourages upgrading to 3.3 (if the issue can be reproduced in 3.3. the issue could be reported [if it is still an issue in 3.3]).
