Search section in 3.1.1-2 needs little more work

Hello,
I am trying the newer version on my localhost.

I am using windows10/ XAMPP/ APACHE 2.4.34/ PHP 7.2.8/ phpMyAdmin 4.8.2.

I think those years are populated based on the publication dates you have in your archive. Have you published something in that example? If you imported articles, you will have to run rebuildsearchindex.
