Hi! Our web host is asking for the location of our script and database because they are making a backup of our OJS. Where exactly is it located? Thank you.

Hi @cxl,

That depends where you installed it. If you can find your config.inc.php configuration file, that’s where OJS is installed; in that file you can find the database information and files_dir as well. You’ll need to back up all 3 components.
