We are using OJS-3.3.0.13 and Crossref/Scopus plugin for cited-by count but Scopus is not showing counts. I have taken API from Scopus API and paste in plugin. Crossref is working fine.

I’m curious if there has been any movement on this I have the plugin installed under OJS 3.5 and still do not get correct counts. I know I have citations that show up in Cited-By when I log in directly to crossref but they do not show up on the plugin. The only thing that works correctly in the plugin is the google scholar link goes to the correct place on google scholar and finds the right citations. It does not show links to citation articles. It does not throw errors and we seem to be registered with both Scopus and Crossref with the correct username etc. I’m at a loss how else to debug
