I just upgraded from 3.1.2.4 to 3.3.0.10 then I tried fresh upgradation to 3.3.0.9 so may be issue is resolved but no luck.
I upgraded successfully but RTL language like Urdu is not showing and instead, I can see ??? (Questions marks) in the title or Subtitle.
How can I resolve this? Please guide

Thankyou fro your reply. The issue resolved when I used the 3.3.0.8 version.
But i wonder why it didint worked in newer verisons of OJS
