Hi. We were installing 2.4.8.1 version some days ago without incidents. I was uploading an article to check everything works, but when i was saving the article, website collapse. “Internal Server Error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request”, and the server error log shows me. “RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `Plesk’ does NOT match server name!?
Apache error”. Someone could help me to understand which is the problem?Thank you
The problem is probably not about OJS itself, but rather about your server configuration. There seems to be an error in the way your server is configured to encrypt data transmissions. Probably the best way would be contacting your IT staff or service provider.
