Hi everyone. I’ll like to know whether OJS2 or OJS3 can be set up to do rolling publication, meaning that there is no fixed issues per year at predetermined time periods? Rather articles are ‘published’ cumulatively in a volume as and when they are ready. I’ve played with OJS3 and It looks like I need to prepare and ‘future issue’ and publish it once the articles have been collected. But once an issue is published, it looks like it is very difficult to further add new articles to a published issue. I’d be glad is someone has experience of running a rolling publication using OJS. Thanks.
Sorry. Found it. I can add articles to a current issue by working on the Schedule for Publication.
